The Muskingum men's lacrosse team dominated Franciscan 18-3 to tie the program record for wins in a single season.

Notables
- With the victory, the Muskies tie the record for most wins in a season in program history. Muskingum most recently recorded five wins in a season during the 2019 campaign.
How it Happened
- After falling behind 1-0 early on in the game, Muskingum erupted for 15 straight goals to take a commanding 15-1 lead into halftime.
- The Muskies scored eight goals in the first quarter, and seven in the second quarter during their run.
- The third quarter saw Muskingum outscore the Barons 3-2 and carry an 18-3 lead into the fourth.
- Neither team would find the back of the net in the final quarter as Muskingum cruised to their 18-3 lead.
Inside the Numbers
- The Muskies were led by junior Griffin Holiga and sophomore Grant Webster who registered four goals each. Webster also registered four ground balls, while Holiga notched three.
- Sophomore Jack Watts scored three first-half goals for the Muskies. Watts also tallied three ground balls for Muskingum.
- Senior Zachary Westmeyer, senior Hazen Powell, junior Nathan Robey, junior Michael Honeycutt, sophomore Hunter McGuire, freshman Alec Turbovich, and freshman Drew Schneider each added one goal each for the Muskies.
- Senior Douglas Gorski led Muskingum with seven ground balls, while senior Luke Swartz and Schneider added six apiece. Gorski also led the Muskies with five caused turnovers.
