Baseball celebrates Senior Day in split against #23 Mount Union
The Muskingum baseball team split in an OAC doubleheader on Senior Day against #23 Mount Union on Sunday afternoon. The Muskies tied the school record for wins in a season with 28 wins after an 8-7 win in game one, where senior Weston Melick had a solo homerun and senior Tobie Teke had a two-run homerun. In game two, the Muskies fell 11-5 after the game was shortened to six innings due to weather.

- Duchesne led the Muskies with a solo home run to right field in the bottom of the third inning. Duchesne was also credited with one RBI and one run scored.
- Reis singled to right field in the bottom of the fourth, which brought in two runs.
- Mellerson tallied one run, one hit, and two stolen bases.
- Palmieri logged one run and one hit.
- Teke scored one run and had one stolen base.
- Freshman Jake Valentine started on the mound for the Muskies, pitching four innings.
