Senior defender Hannah Ritchie, senior midfielder Madison Yenke, and junior midfielder Emma Morton each earned third-team All-OAC honors.
Three members of the Muskingum University women's soccer team have been recognized by the Ohio Athletic Conference for their outstanding play this season. Senior defender Hannah Ritchie, senior midfielder Madison Yenke, and junior midfielder Emma Morton each earned third-team All-OAC honors. The league's head coaches vote on all awards.
Ritchie anchored the Muskie backline with her veteran leadership and defensive consistency. As a four-year starter, she played a pivotal role in organizing the Muskie defense and limiting opponents' scoring opportunities. Ritchie led the team in shots on goal percentage, recorded one goal, and added three assists.
Yenke was the engine of the Muskie midfield, contributing on both ends of the field with her relentless work rate and vision. The senior captain had three goals and led the team in shot percentage. Her leadership and poise in the middle third were key factors in Muskingum's success this fall.
Morton continued to establish herself as a dynamic midfielder in the OAC. The junior led the Muskies in goals with four and tacked on an assist as well. Morton's ability to connect play and generate scoring chances made her a constant threat to opposing defenses.
