Women’s Lacrosse battles #8 John Carroll in fierce OAC matchup
The Muskingum women's lacrosse team battled a nationally-ranked John Carroll team in OAC action on Saturday evening. The Muskies and Blue Streaks spent the early part of the game trading goals before John Carroll pulled away in the 18-9 final. Senior Haley Clifton led Muskingum with four goals as she helped fuel the offense in the intense contest.

The Muskingum women's lacrosse team battled a nationally-ranked John Carroll team in OAC action on Saturday evening. The Muskies and Blue Streaks spent the early part of the game trading goals before John Carroll pulled away in the 18-9 final. Senior Haley Clifton led Muskingum with four goals as she helped fuel the offense in the intense contest.

- Clifton led the Muskies by scoring four goals on seven shots. Clifton added two ground balls to her performance. Clifton gave the Muskies an early 2-1 lead with her first goal of the game in the first quarter at the 12:01 mark. She would add another goal in the first quarter at the 3:15 mark that would tie the game at 3-3.
- Senior Kenzie Bicking added one goal and two assists to the offense. Bicking was the first Muskie to get on the board today with a free-position shot that she scored at the 12:28 mark in the first quarter.
- Junior Maria Decaminada recorded one goal, one assist, three ground balls, and six draw controls in a highly involved contest.
- Senior Riley Zwagerman logged one goal, one assist, two ground balls, and two draw controls.
- Graduate student Hannah Heyboer had one goal and one ground ball for the Muskies.

- Sophomore Malena Brady stood in net for the Muskies, logging a career-high tying ten saves and three ground balls. Brady has notched ten saves in four games this season for the Muskies.
- John Carroll recorded 18 goals, five assists, 19 draw controls, 26 ground balls, and nine saves.
- John Carroll was led by Olivia Hanulak who scored five goals.
