Hughes named Third Team All-Central Region

Sophomore Krissy Hughes earned NFCA Third Team All-Central Region honors to lead softball.

Hughes captured her first All-Region honor after leading the Muskies at the plate batting .403 with a team-best 52 hits, 27 runs, 10 doubles and four triples. The First Team All-Ohio Athletic Conference honoree saw action in all 40 games this season recording a team-leading 17 stolen bases, which ranked fifth in the OAC.  

All-Region players are nominated and selected by the National Fastpitch Coaches Association member coaches.
