Van Leeuwen named OAC Men's Golfer of the Week

The Ohio Athletic Conference has announced that Muskingum junior Jacob Van Leeuwen has been named the OAC Men's Golfer of the Week.

Van Leeuwen earned his first career medalist honor as he led the Muskies to a third place finish at the Mount Union Invitational.

The junior shot a 145 (77-68) on the par 70 course recording a career-best 68 in the final round.

The Muskingum men's golf team returns to action Sunday, September 18 and Monday, September 19 at the Ohio Athletic Conference Fall Invitational hosted at Mohawk Country Club.
