Men's Basketball continues to earn votes in the D3Hoops.com Top 25 poll.

The Muskingum Men's Basketball team continues to earn recognition in the D3Hoops.com Top 25, The Muskies received 5 votes this week after their trip to Michigan for the GVW Classic. The Muskies went 1-1 on the weekend and are heading into OAC play for the remainder of the season.

The Muskies have started the season 11-2 and are 3-1 in the conference. The Muskies have taken down Carnegie Mellon (75-74), Transylvania (92-81), Asbury (81-77), La Roche (94-67), Westminster (72-64), Earlham (82-72), Capital (95-78), Baldwin Wallace (80-61), Allegheny (93-82), Heidelberg (75-71), and Hope (98-93).

Muskingum is currently averaging 83.8 points a game on 47.6% shooting from the field, 36.5% from three, and 70.7% from the free throw line. The Muskies are currently pulling in 35.5 rebounds a game, dishing out 13.5 assists a game, and getting 9.3 steals a game. 

Senior Duane Davis is leading the way for the Muskies, averaging 18.7 points and Junior Owen Emig is not far behind, averaging 18.2 points a game. Freshman J'Allen Barrino also chips in 10.2 points a game.

The Muskies will be back in action on Saturday, January 10th when they will travel to Ohio Northern, tip off is slated for 1:00PM.
