The Ohio Athletic Conference has announced that Muskingum College junior guard and leading scorer Brandon Todd was named to the 2006-07 First Team All-OAC men's basketball squad.
The Ohio Athletic Conference has announced that Muskingum College junior guard and leading scorer Brandon Todd was named to the 2006-07 First Team All-OAC men's basketball squad.
Todd, an OAC Player of the Week selection and two-time All-OAC honoree, led the league in assists per game (5.52 apg), assist/turnover ratio (2.06) and steals per game (2.28 spg) and was fourth in scoring (17.7 ppg) and minutes played (876). Todd also led the Black & Magenta with 71 free throws made.
He started 24 of 25 contests and scored a season-high 33 points against Otterbein College and registered 10 assists twice en route to two double-doubles. Additionally, Todd tied the Muskingum record held by Jim Vejsicky for most field goals attempted in a game (30) and most field goals attempted in season (422).
Last season, Todd garnered Second Team All-OAC accolades.
