How it Happened
- Muskingum took control early and never looked back, scoring four runs in the bottom of the first inning to jump out to a quick 4–0 lead over Washington & Jefferson. The Muskies continued to build the lead with single runs in the fourth, fifth, and seventh innings while the pitching staff handled the rest, holding the Presidents to just seven hits and no runs. Muskingum's offense stayed consistent throughout the game, finishing with 12 hits and multiple players recording multi-hit performances.
