The Muskingum baseball team split a non-conference doubleheader against #14 Wash. & Jeff. on Tuesday evening. The Muskies downed the Presidents in game one by a score of 8-3 and slipped in game two by a score of 7-6.

Game 1

- Junior Sam Palmieri and sophomore Conner Thamann led the Muskies with two hits each.
- Thamann posted an impressive two RBIs, two runs scored, and one walk in his outing as well.

- Junior Max Vosters came in for relief in the contest. Vosters went 2.1 innings where he struck out four batters and only allowed one hit.
Game 2
- The Muskies finished with six runs, nine hits, one walk, and six RBIs.
- Thamann led the Muskies with two hit, two RBIs, and two runs scored. Thamann launched a double in the game.
- Teke added two hits, one RBI, and one run scored to pace the Muskie offense.
- Palmieri, Reis, Mellerson, junior Jackson Duchesne, and junior Mike Davis each logged a hit.
- Teke and Palmieri both tallied a stolen base.
- Junior Jake Roshau got the start and went three innings for the Muskies. Roshau allowed five hits and one earned run while striking out two batters.
- Freshman Coleman Harvey and senior Nathan Johnson both came in for relief for Muskingum.
