Bio
Arianne Stoner serves as the Coordinator of Athletic Administration and Student-Athlete Well-Being Coordinator for the Muskingum Athletic Department.
Stoner brings a wealth of experience in athletic administration and student advocacy, offering a holistic approach to well-being that emphasizes resilience, leadership, and life balance. Her dedication to empowering student-athletes aligns seamlessly with Muskingum’s mission to cultivate engaged, ethical, and productive citizens.
Stoner will lead the development and implementation of Muskie Minds Matter, a comprehensive wellness initiative designed to support the holistic development of student-athletes. This program will focus on enhancing lifestyle factors that influence both athletic performance and academic achievement.
She contributes to institutional advancement through her involvement in key committees, including the Behavioral Assessment and Intervention Team and the Council for the Advancement of Standards in Higher Education. Her commitment to operational excellence and student well-being reflects her passion for fostering a supportive and high-performing campus community.
As Coordinator of Student-Athlete Well-Being, Stoner will collaborate closely with athletic staff, campus offices, and community organizations to ensure Muskingum student-athletes are equipped with the tools, resources, and support systems they need to excel academically, athletically, and personally. Her leadership will champion initiatives that promote mental health, personal development, academic success, and overall wellness.
Before joining Muskingum, Stoner served as a Behavior Support Specialist for Cambridge City Schools through the East Central Ohio Educational Service Center. In that role, she developed individualized behavior plans, trained administration and staff in intervention strategies, and actively participated in Multi-Tiered System of Supports, Individualized Evaluation Plans, and Behavioral Intervention Plan meetings to promote student success.
