Former NCAA Division I Coach Mike Jarvis set to speak at Muskingum on Feb. 26

Muskingum University will welcome former NCAA Division I men's basketball head coach Mike Jarvis to campus on Monday, February 26 at 8:00 pm in the Anne C. Steele Center. Jarvis will speak on the subject of Personal  Leadership Inventory and the Seven C's of Leadership. This event is open to the campus community.

Jarvis coached college basketball at the Division I level for 25 years at four different universities: Boston University, George Washington University, St. John's University, and Florida Atlantic University. In 1997, Jarvis was elected and served his fellow coaches as the President of the National Association of Basketball Coaches.

Jarvis is a professional speaker who travels all over the country to share his knowledge and wisdom about leadership values. He has written three books called: "Skills for Life," "Everybody Needs a Coach," and "The Seven C's of Leadership," which will be released later this spring. Jarvis was awarded a Doctorate of Divinity Degree in Leadership and Ministry from South Florida Bible College and Theological Seminary in 2016.
